7. Advocate_, I will bring in the strength of fighting for the rights of all patients irrespective of the racial, economic, or even religious backgrounds. However, I will also develop higher coping skills in advocacy so that all changes associated with advocacy are eliminated.
8. Collaborator_, I am a team player; therefore, I will bring in the strength of being a collaborator in nursing care. In the above, I will collaborate with fellow nurses, patients, their families, religious leaders, and other practitioners. The above is vital in offering care to patients.
